What is the return/exchange policy?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order or something you're unhappy about, please contact me at joshua@spellsandspecimens.com. I'll do everything I can to make it right.

Do you ship internationally? What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

Yes, I do ship internationally where possible. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact me at joshua@spellsandspecimens.com.

Please note that I am unable to collect or remit VAT, import duties, or any other fees that may be imposed by the destination country. By placing an order, you, the buyer, acknowledge and accept responsibility for any such charges that may arise. These costs vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Taxes and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

For customers in the EU and Northern Ireland:
Due to the recently implemented General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) by the European Union, I am currently unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. These new rules require a Responsible Person or Authorized Representative based within the EU or Northern Ireland to ensure compliance with product safety standards. As a small and newly established business, I am not in a position to meet these requirements at this time.

I truly appreciate your understanding and sincerely hope that a practical solution will emerge to support small businesses under these new regulations.

When will I receive my order?

I print and cut most of my products on demand (made to order). I hope to have all orders shipped within three business days. However, I will try to ship orders as soon as possible. Larger or wholesale orders may take longer.

What do I do if I never received my order?

What do I do if I receive a defective order/damaged product?

I'm very sorry if this happens! I try to package orders carefully so they make it through shipping without being damaged. Please contact me at joshua@spellsandspecimens.com.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please contact me at joshua@spellsandspecimens.com. If I haven't printed or shipped your order, it may be possible to make changes. However, it is not guaranteed and may also delay shipping.
